INHER1TOR LABS LLC is an independent software company based in Indiana, United States. This notice applies to inher1torlabs.com and information handled through this website. Product-specific privacy notices are provided separately where applicable.

Information you choose to send us

If you contact us or submit a support request, we receive the information you provide. That may include your name, email address, request category, subject, message, and any other information you place in the message.

Information used to deliver and protect the site

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested page, and security or error logs. We do not use this information to create advertising profiles.

How we use information

Cookies, local storage, analytics, and advertising

The public website does not use advertising networks, marketing pixels, fingerprinting tools, or third-party behavioral analytics. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. If you submit a support request, this browser may also remember the reference number and submission time so you can find it again later. Those saved references stay on that browser or device, do not contain the support message itself, and can be cleared from the Support page or by clearing site data. The private staff area uses an authentication cookie after an authorized staff member signs in; that cookie is not used for advertising or public tracking.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website. We may also use GitHub’s private repository and issue tools to store support requests, ticket status, and internal support notes. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell support submissions or use them for advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep support and contact information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate support history, protect the website and our products, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information handled through the website, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted staff access, authenticated staff tools, and non-public storage for support records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
