Who we are

INHER1TOR LABS LLC is an independent software company based in Indiana, United States. This notice applies to inher1torlabs.com and information handled through this website. Product-specific privacy notices are provided separately where applicable.

Information you choose to send us

If you contact us or submit a support request, we receive the information you provide. That may include your name, email address, request category, subject, message, optional screenshots or photos you choose to attach, and any other information you provide with the request.

The former ShiftMiles beta-access request form has been retired. If you submitted a request before it closed, we may still retain the Google Play email you provided, the type of work driving you described, an optional Android device/model, your acknowledgement, and optional comments. The old form did not request precise location history. Previous submissions remain covered by this notice; new beta-access applications are no longer collected through the website.

Information used to deliver and protect the site

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested page, and security or error logs. We do not use this information to create advertising profiles.

How we use information

• Complete follow-up on historical ShiftMiles beta requests and maintain appropriate records of earlier testing-access correspondence.
• Investigate bugs, abuse, fraud, or security problems.
• Maintain and improve the website and our support process.

Cookies, local storage, analytics, and advertising

The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate website traffic and real-world site performance. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies and provides anonymized, aggregate information such as page views, visitor counts, requested pages, referrer hostnames, country, device type, browser, and operating system. Speed Insights helps us identify real-world performance and user-experience issues. We do not use advertising networks, marketing pixels, fingerprinting, session replay, or cross-site behavioral profiling, and we do not use website analytics to build advertising profiles.

Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. If you submit a support request, this browser may remember the reference number and submission time so you can find it again later. Older beta-request references previously saved in this browser may remain in local storage until you clear the website’s stored data. These saved references do not contain the message itself. Support references can be cleared on the Support page or by clearing site data. The private staff area uses an authentication cookie after an authorized staff member signs in; that cookie is not used for advertising or public analytics.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website and to provide aggregate Web Analytics and Speed Insights performance measurements for the public site. We may also use GitHub’s private repository, issue tools, and private release-asset storage to store support requests and historical beta applications, optional support images, ticket status, internal support notes, and support correspondence or attachments sent through the Staff Support Portal. Zoho Mail may process limited submission information when the website sends us a new support notification or when we send or receive support email. Older beta-request correspondence may remain in existing email and ticket records. Customer replies to a support conversation may be synchronized from the company mailbox into the existing private support ticket, including message formatting and attachments needed to preserve the support history. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell submissions or analytics data or use them for advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep support, contact, and historical beta-request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate support history, protect the website and our products, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information you submitted through the website, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping reasons that may require limited retention. Use the privacy request form or email contact@inher1torlabs.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information handled through the website, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted staff access, authenticated staff tools, and non-public storage for support records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website. If we learn that personal information was submitted by a child in circumstances where applicable law requires parental involvement, deletion, or other action, we will take appropriate steps.

Links to other services

The website may link to services operated by other companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, support process, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
